32-year-old female who presented to the office complaining of back, shoulder and neck pain secondary to the size of her breasts. She was wearing a 42 DDD bra before the surgery.
During the surgery, 1200 gr were removed on the right side and 1358 gr from the left side. After her procedure, all her symptoms went away and she resumed her activities after one week. She is now wearing 42D bra
