The patient is a 36-year-old who requested an implant exchange and correction of her breast asymmetry. She had a bilateral exchange under the muscle with Silicone implants 350cc Moderate Plus Profile implants from Sientra with an around the nipple approach. She had a simultaneous breast lift and nipple asymmetry correction. She remained a 34 C with a more pleasing result in shape and overall contour.
