View 3 of 3This is a 42-year-old patient who desires to increase her breast size and improve the overall shape of her breast. She is 5’8” and 110 lbs. She has a specific concern about the excess skin at the bottom of her breast.
To address her concern, a breast fold incision was made and excess skin at the lower pole was removed. The implants chosen were 250cc Mentor Smooth Moderate Profile implants with insertion under the muscle through the breast fold. The patient went from a 32 B to a 32 C.
