A 53-year-old female from Manhattan who had a 250cc saline implant breast augmentation 17 years ago from another surgeon. She wanted to have a more natural appearance and requested surgery to remove her implants. Fat grafts were harvested from her abdomen (170cc/side) to improve the appearance of her breasts. Additionally, she benefits from a slimmer waist after the fat transfer.
