61 year old female who had silicone implants placed in 2008 and had since developed stage IV bilateral capsular contracture. Dr. Raskin reconstructed her with bilateral capsulotomies with placement of a spacer (acellular dermis) and bilateral implant exchange with 350 cc silicone implants.
