View 2 of 227 year old female with a 34G cup preoperatively who presented to the office with complaints of back pain, shoulder, and neck pain secondary to the size of her breasts.
During the surgery 240 gr. was removed on the right side and 349 gr on the left. Her symptoms resolved after surgery and she returned to her activities 3 weeks later and was able to celebrate her wedding 2 months later
